I filed my application about a month ago.
I am verified to level 3. (at least I can see all the green checkmarks in the settings)
I can log in to my account.
I could connect my bank account to Coinbase.
However every time I want to deposit money or click on the Trade button it says :
*You are currently unable to buy and sell crypto on Coinbase. Please visit https://support.coinbase.com for assistance.*
When I go to the support page none of the categories match what I want unless I select ID verification or something similar to that.
I filed three tickets (not simultaneously) so far and each time they say ” Coinbase Support resolved and closed your case.”
My issue is still persistent and I have no clue what should I do.
I know one of the Mods here will tell me what is your “Ticket Number”. I should not provide a Ticket Number in Reddit for my issue to be solved. It is in fact violates certain safety/privacy policies to ask for that.
I want to know exactly how someone can find help within your platform and why they say the case is resolved while I clearly in each ticket tell them it is NOT resolved.
I appreciate any feedback from anyone.
