How is this a public company worth 65 billion dollars?
I wake up with a text message alert saying my CoinBase Account was accessed by someone else and to call a number to lock my account and two additional related texts where apparently the hacker already initiated the rest process and changed my password so I am locked out. I lock my account using the telephone and submit 3 tickets with not even an auto response from CB. I am worried that the person who broke in changed my primary email address and they aren’t responding to it now or maybe they just never respond. That is nice for the hacker since I have 3 linked bank accounts. How can this company be responsible with huge amounts of people’s money and not have any form of live support and not even autoreply to ticket submissions for days?
I don’t even know if this is because my email got changed so it’s no longer linked to my account or if this is standard CB incompetence but I hope all my money isn’t being stolen b/c I have no idea what I am supposed to do.
