I’ve attempted to contact Coinbase for the 15th time with no response. I have done all that was requested to unlock my account over a week ago but I still am not being given access to my accounts on Coinbase or Coinbase Pro. What is causing this??? Can Coinbase legally hold my account ‘hostage’ for this long of a time period?? My account was not compromised yet a substantial amount of crypto was pulled from my Coinbase Pro account!?!? When I contacted you the first time you immediately froze my accounts and told me you had a specialist working on it?? Its now over 2 months later with no response other than a couple of automated emails!! Explaination??? Time frame till unlocked??? Awaiting response. Case #05846973. Thank you.
