I could use some help.
On May 25, I tried to purchase eth and received an email saying that the transfer failed. I don’t know why this happened, as I’ve done it many times before without any problems. I soon went back into my account and initiated another transfer to resolve the issue. This time I received an email saying that the funds recovery was completed, followed by this message:
“We have successfully collected the funds from your recent failed transfer. However, there may still be restrictions on your account.”
Today when logging in to withdraw some crypto from Coinbase Pro, I saw that all of my trading options are disabled. I can’t withdraw, buy, or sell!
I tried filling out a customer support form, but there are no options for help with restricted/frozen accounts. I submitted a support form for a slightly different topic instead, because it was the only way to explain my situation in the text box. I only got an automated help response though, which didn’t remotely address my issue, so I sent in another support request using different menu options.
I’ve had a Coinbase account since 2017 and never had problems before, but this is driving me crazy. Is there a way to get direct help with re-enabling my account?
