How can I power a pcie riser and a 3070 with the same 8pin?

The 3080 is too loud due to fans running at 100% and I’m worried about the longevity of the card so I’m switching from 3080+3060 ti to 2x 3070 + 3060 ti.

My motherboard has 2 pcie x16/x4 slot, those are used up with the existing gpu, I need to use a pcie x1 slot to get that 3rd gpu in.

I see people saying to don’t use SATA due to fire hazard, that means this is a no no right?

This one looks like it has a 4 pin, would this be safe?

My PSU comes with 3 PCIE power ports daisy chained so there’s 6 ports. The 3060 ti is the founders edition so I do have 1 free port that I can use on a riser that takes 6 pins but is it safe to do that?

What do you think?
