GPU Not Detected

I have been having a tough time trying to figure this out. I have been setting up two Asrock BTC H110 Pro mobo’s with GTX 1660 TIs. One has 8 GPUs, the other has 9. I’m using the Simple Mining OS and the TRex miner for ETH. I have a few more cards I’m trying to add and when I do, I get an error that says “Nvidia tool not working, OC and fancontrol may not work. If the problem persists, please reflash disk drive. GPU not detected. Check crash logs. Possible Cause: too much undervolt, overclock, or broken riser”

I have tried changing out the risers, riser usb cables, and 6pin PCIe cables. I tried powering the card via a different outlet on a circuit I’m not currently using. I also tried adding different cards, but I still get the same error.

I tried to do some digging and I see that others have had issues in the past adding cards past 9, but their issue was that it wouldn’t even boot, but this is not the problem I’m having.

If it helps here’s my OC settings:

Core MHz: 0. Memory MHz: 1875. Watt: 81. Temp 60C. Min Fan Speed 20%.

I’m not really sure what else to add here, but I’d be glad to provide other pertinent info that I might have missed and I’d sure appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

What do you think?
