Ethereum miners’ earnings in March set a record

Ethereum Miners Earned Record $830M in January | Nasdaq

Ethereum miners’ earnings set a new record in March. It should be noted that the previous record level was recorded a month earlier – in February

In March, the total revenues from mining activities amounted to about $ 1.38 billion. Ethereum miners managed to earn $ 1.37 billion in February. Thus, the March indicators exceeded the February ones by only 0.73%.

The share of miners’ income in the form of transaction fees on the Ethereum network decreased by 9.94% from February to March. It is worth noting that Ethereum miners still make significant profits not from traditional mining, but from blockchain transaction fees. In March, transaction fees accounted for 47.22% of total miners’ income, and in February this figure was even higher at 52.87%.
