I have not heard anything back from coinbase for weeks after I suspected my account was compromised and the support team informed me they would look into my issue. I’ve sent countless emails asking for an update on my account and other steps I can take to regain my account and no response has been made. My account has been disabled for weeks and I am unable to see if my money was actually compromised or to complete transactions in the most sensitive time during for crypto. After the 15 day complaint period expires and I receive no response from Coin base, I will be looking for attorney and starting an arbitration through the UK FOS ([financial-ombudsman.org.uk](https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact-us)) to get the help I deserve as my life savings is tied up into coinbase and not enough time sensitive action is being made to help me regain my account.
