CS said send me to the specialist of the another department and waited 1 day with no answer

​

My account has been Suspended Withdrawal due to risk control and CS asked me to perform some tasks on 24/7/2021. make Video record my withdrawal history, history deposit, and appear in video + ID document. and answer security questions,… so they can remove Withdrawal Suspended from my account. I did all the quests and sent it to CS on 24/7 and they said everything was enough, and then they said they will send me to the Specialists department but it will take some time , to solve the problem. and today is 7/26, I have waited more than 1 day and still have not received a reply. Case ID #74664065
