Coinbase Support Sucks Ass

I made a purchase for bitcoin over 2 weeks ago I was never credited the amount. The transaction is still ‘pending’ in my account and I’ve had to email coinbase like 3 times just to get them to even acknowledge it and when they finally did, the rep said they “couldn’t find records of it”, when it’s RIGHT THERE in my account. They asked for screenshots and after sending those, I still haven’t heard back in almost a week. They keep telling me to keep my emails in the same “thread” but there is no thread in my account, and when I reply to the emails it just sends an email back saying I should contact them through the website help feature. WTF?!?!?!?!!! It’s like this place is run by circus animals.
