An experience to share with you

My coinbase account was hacked last month, so I contacted coinbase to create a case and after a month of waiting and frustration, they finally got back to me to tell me that it is not possible to refund me as all digital currency transactions are irreversible.

Coinbase has no way of reversing transactions as this is an external process. Which is to say that investing in Coinbase or throwing money on the street will have the same level of security.

It’s fascinating how there is no accountability on their side and the customer is in charge. I wanted to share this information with you if any of you have any hope of a positive outcome.

What do you think?
