I have done many ACH transfers from my bank to my coinbase pro account and last week I did another. Nothing has changed, my Chase checking shows it went through and debited the amount. This morning I get an email from CoinBase stating “we cancelled your transaction.” I thought why would CB cancel my transaction? I proceeded to read the email and it states it was my bank that cancelled the transaction and asked for another payment method. Wait, huh? I see a debit to my checking account, my bank has never contacted me about any issues and this sum was a lot lower than my previous transfers.
I haven’t called my bank, but my initial reaction after checking my bank account is this must be a CoinBase mistake. Anyone else have this issue? I created a ticket, never had an issue with CB until now.
